I have be going to L2 for over a decade. It was the first place I ever had bubble tea and ten years later it is still the best place to have bubble tea. Plus it's the perfect place to relax in between china town shopping and china town eating.
Usually crowded and noisy but the boba teas are worth the wait.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the second floor, after a long and steep flight of stairs. There's no elevators. Not accessible by wheelchair and not safe for someone else to pull the wheelchair up the stairs either.
