Good food however the place needs a facelift badly, it looks run down and owners don't seem to mind the awful green color walls and the very old looking and not well kept restaurant.
A long time family operating Pho. My first visit was dated back to early 1990. The quality and portion went downhill during COVID but everything is back to what it used to be now. By all means, you should order the all dressed pho with mixed bean jelly drink. Keep it up.

Order #13 Phở Tái Gân Sách, size large. Nice tasting broth, fresh basil, lean portion on the tripe and tendon — thin pieces, which is fine, but far too few of both the tripe and the tendon.
