Loved everything about this restaurant. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. Price is very reasonable for the quality and amount of food served. Local ingredients with French inspiration.
Dinner at Mastard is not just dinner. Each bite makes you proud to live in Quebec, each plate pays homage to the territory where we live. Both in our plate and in the atmosphere, we feel modesty; every ingredient that is incorporated into the plate is tasted, there is no concept of “star of the show”. Loved everything about Mastard. The cocktails were phenomenal, I had the colada which was perfectly balanced and delicious. My husband had their green, herb drink Which was also absolutely delicious, very fresh. We started with an amuse bouche which was delicious. We added the wine pairings but just one since there was 12 oz of wine total (3 per course) and we wanted to have a cocktail as well without getting completely drunk.
