Another excellent dining experience! Their imports offer incomparable wine pairings. That red wine from Burgundy that accompanied the "Morue"! And, that chocolate mousse !!!!!! ( Going to have to let the exclamations do the talking.)The new "immersive" decor - inspired by VIARAIL? The Rockies? Group of Seven? CBC archives? One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been at.Each dish is presented as a work of art and taste! The flavours are exquisite and perfectly prepared! Every bite is a divine pleasure without question! The chef is beyond ´Michelin … she’s creating a new standard:a Rose Ross culinary experience ?? For those who love food a rendezvous is in order! Bon appétit!

Wow! What a great discovery! Everything is perfect, the decor, the atmosphere, the attentive staff and what can we say about the food! Simply delicious! The cod and scallops are perfect! I recommend it without hesitation, you will not be disappointed.
