I heard they have the best ramen in North America so I came to try it. As rumor has it, it is a very delicious ramen with a strong flavor. The photo shows Spicy Ramen Premier (all ingredients listed) and Karaage Don. The frozen ramen they developed is a great souvenir.
First I have to mention the great service and the nice atmosphere of the place.I had the white premium ramen.It was a decent size bowl, the ramen are rather thick. The broth is delicious,smooth and silky. At 20$ for the bowl its cheap in my eyes considering they are very generous with the proteins.The only disappointment was regarding the egg I wish it was marinated but its only a soft boil egg, mine was a bit overcooked.Overall I recommend it if you are a fan of authentic ramen!

This ramen restaurant impressed me with its swift service. The Truffle Vegetable Broth was a revelation absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. The rich, savory broth, infused with the earthy essence of truffle, was a true delight for the senses.
