Impeccable customer service.Unrelated : I forgot my wallet on their counter by mistake… called in 2 hours later they made sure I was the right person and gave it to me with pleasure once i came back.
Great place to go to study, electric outlets and lots of seating. Food and drinks are good as well! The employees are always very nice and effective. Overall a good choice, it's my favorite place to go when i'm downtown. The only «bad» thing i could say is that they don't open the upper space until sometime in the afternoon, but that's just a detail really!
