Service is fast, the staff is nice, and the food is pretty good and the coffee is fresh. Also haven't gotten a wrong order yet which is more than I can say for most Tim's!
This is one of the Tim's places I go to more often. The only downside is that it's often closed and the business hours are different from those shown on Google Maps. If you can't buy coffee, you have to walk up the road to another store to buy it.

This location was handy for me when I was leaving Concordia heading to the metro. However, lines were ALWAYS super long and the floors were messy and sticky. On the plus side, i notice a lot of students working there and pushing really hard! Love
