Neighborhood Tim Hortons, great location, it serves the nearby Monk Blvd residents. Opens super early same as other locations and it closes at 11 PM. No drive-thru at this location. Street parking is available on both sides of the road although sometimes you'd have to park a bit further up or down the road. This location is definitely suited for nearby residences, not so much passerby because of parking.
