“I gave the food mid level because they didn't have a menu that I saw. Just pizza on offer it seemed.The brewery was also under renovation but I bet when it's done it'll be great.Lots of character inside, lots of good beers.In the summertime this place would be great to visit.“

“After having spent a miserable two hours being ignored and waiting ages for drinks at 3 Amigos across the street. 3 Brasseurs came through as the ol' reliable.We were seated quickly and served just as fast. Our table was wobbly but our waiter Frank fixed it for us.He sold us on some good drinks the whole night.We were craving churros but sadly they were no longer on the menu but once again the homie Frank pulled through and managed to get us some churros.Frank was the G tonight. A testament to fine dining. Also churros were good.“

“Stuck in nearby hotel and walked to this spot. Wasn't sure about the opening times before 1200 on Friday.Tasted few beers on tap and bought some cans with me home. Friendly guys there and delisous craft beers.Seating area outside if you prefer that.“

“This was our first time at Origine Brass and overall it was an excellent experience. Friendly service and we enjoyed trying 4 different beers and the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and goat cheese pizza, one friend had the shrimp and lobster roll with fries, another had the burger (2 huge patties) with fries. The fries are excellent. I am not a beer drinker but I enjoy this type of establishment as they have several varieties that are delicious. All in all a fun night and we will be back!“

“We went on a Sunday, in winter. Not too many customers. Appears to be an old converted garage. They left the doors and the floor is concrete. Great selection of beers! We tried and liked Papa Poule and Nordicité, both IPAs. We will return in summer for the terrace. No music when we passed... A suggestion? The metal chairs on the concrete floor could have tennis balls on their legs? Pads?“

“Melissa was our waitress! It was the second time we were served by her and honestly, being a waitress myself, we had excellent service! If I had a restaurant, this is the type of person I would like to have on my team! She takes time with her clients and we don’t feel like we’re bothering her, which is very rare these days! “At 3 brassaeurs ,My waitress Shannon made my dining experience awesome! She greeted me warmly, took care of every detail, and was super friendly. She knows the menu well and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend dining here with her as your waitress for a your meal here. Only problem here was the beer, i used come before and it was excellent but now it’s so-so“
