“Good service! Variety of beers. I deducted a point for the food because the classic poutine was pre-fried and heated, which did not improve its already unpalatable properties. The burger is a little dry, but the cutlet is very high quality and tasty!“
“We were in town for Ultimate Frisbee tournament and our team of 11 people decided to have supper here. The food was awesome, our server was great and it was just an overall great experience.Highly recommend this place!I had the grill cheese, it was amazing!!“
“The beer is always good, we often have the vegan poutine which I suggest everyone try :)I give 3 stars for the atmosphere only because the music is always loud and it makes you have to shout to talk to your friends. Not the worst thing in the world, I'm awake ?.“
“WE FAAAAAUCH!One of the best places in Quebec to watch, plus the food menu is until closing! And the options are good!Otherwise, lean against the bar and ask to be freaked out!Vegetarian options: It's in frying but there are still things like fried pickles! Hot chips, slices!“
“SOME PROBLEMSThis was our first visit to Sésame Lebourgneuf.I chose 2 egg rolls, fried rice and a glass of beer. My girlfriend asked for the same thing as me, without the eggs (she is vegan). I asked for the chicken protein and my friend for the tofu. But the waitress tells us that the protein is not included in the price of $9.00, but that it costs $7.00 more!!!!!!!In the menu it was written: .........(As is)FRIED RICESautéed vegetables, egg, dark soy sauce, furikake 9+ Add an additional protein of your choiceThe 9, at the end on the right, designating the price $9.00 for the fried rice dish. My girlfriend and I figured out that the extra protein was included in the $9.00, otherwise we would have listed the price of the extra protein on the menu! This extra protein cost $7.00 more, the waitress told us!!!!!!! Since it was excessive, we didn't take the extra protein.Normally, in a restaurant menu we are always told the cost of the supplement to the dish. But it wasn't written on the Sesame menu. I find this unacceptable! When we got to the service, the waitress brought us the rice dishes, but not the spring rolls. After waiting too long, we catch her passing and point out that she forgot our spring rolls. The waitress rushes to bring them to us, but after she leaves, we see that my friend only has one roll instead of 2, as we ordered. Phew!!!! We are still waiting to see her again, and tell her that she forgot a scroll. After all these disappointments, the waitress tells us that she will only charge us one roll (to apologize). The fried rice was excellent (very tasty), as were the imperial rolls. *I have never had fried rice as good as this! But for the service, and the ambiguous menu, we are not tempted to return to Restaurant le Sésame, unfortunately.“
“We were staying at the hotel next door and needed a quick afternoon bite to eat. It was a Saturday afternoon after the St Patrick's Day parade but it was very quiet. We had the French onion soup and the soup of the day (spinach), both were good but nothing special“
“Absolutely delicious!! There are so many choices on the menu, we ordered the famous steak and fries, cooked on the volcanic stone. It melted in your mouth!! The beer fries, omg so good. Value for money, spot on. Very warm welcome from our waitress Samantha and impeccable service. Nice quiet atmosphere for a Tuesday evening. We will go back next time for dinner and to see a music show and probably take a trip to the dance floor!“
“Visited in the evening. I thought it was inside the restaurant, but the background music was so lively that I decided to sit on the spacious yet lively terrace. All the staff were very polite and when I was unsure, they brought me small glasses to try.Choose your favorite one in a glass or a hot dog.Hot dogs were cut when ordered. There are plenty of potato chips at the bottom. You'll be surprisingly full.I was impressed by the staff who were always concerned about things like, ``How does it taste?''Thank you from the bottom of my heart.“
“Superb beautiful restaurant where I ate the best rack of lamb in Quebec a starter of red pepper soup which was delicious for my wife she ate a blue cooked steak which was perfect accompanied by the same soup as me like desert a crème brûlée and coffee at Yes for the wine a Broully all for $250“
“Cuisine, It is not a restaurant, therefore neutral. I will change if necessary. No real service, you go get your beer at the bar and leave with it.The atmosphere is cool. Summer outside, little entertainment for the children. It's very user-friendlyKid-friendliness: There are little entertainments“
