Super good food but very average service. I felt as if I was disturbing... the very young sneering employees, took their time and made faces of discouragement when we asked what we wanted in our burger (adjustment of the burger made in the window because the employee didn't understand the drive-thru). Made us wait for the order in front of the restaurant but took more than 15 minutes so ultimately we had to return to the drive-thru and the order was still not complete… 2 poutines...read full review
Very disappointed. It's a mess at the employee level. The condiments are empty including the sauces (the 2 stations) I wait 10 min before receiving part of my meal, I still have my poutine.. 5 min pass my burger is still on my tray no poutine in sight except for the drive which comes out several times even if I had ordered well before. I tell the employee to check, stay there, it's not what to do...3 min later I ask another employee to go get the manager, he apologizes, redoes...read full review

Everything is perfect but at the drive-thru, can you put napkins in the bags please!!! It's nice to save paper but there are limits. I never receive my voucher receipts either! I imagine that everything is invoiced... and still a problem of saving paper?
