The best bakery! They have the best breads, also lots of options of spelt, kamut breads. I go there to purchase flours to make breads myself. They have very cheap yeast which you can buy in bulk. The ambiance is amazing and you are always greeted with warm and big smiles from the workers! :) They can also serve you in English which is something my husband is very happy about!

I've been wanting to visit this bakery for a while. I love trying bakeries and pastries. I bought 1 croissant, a chocolatine, 2 different breads and a Quebec product. My verdict is especially for the wineries. The pastry is really not soft, even to the eye I had my doubts. However, the chocolate inside the chocolatine is delicious, it feels in the mouth, like a spread. Yum! The raspberry and chocolate bread... but lacks lightness.
