After four enjoyable visits in recent years, I feel the need to emphasize the extent to which it is an essential address for Quebec gastronomy.Both the service, the decor and the dishes are impeccable. The best dinner during our stay in Quebec.Very efficient, warm and friendly service. All the dishes were delicious and interesting, both for the presentation and the search for textures and flavors.The mignonette with the oysters was superb. My favorite was without a doubt the hedgehog hydne which completely surprised me with its almost meaty flavor and also the delicious tangy sauce in which it was bathed. This dish was a real success.
