It’s been about a year since I bought a Matcha bubble tea at this shop and it still haunts me to this day. I took one sip and had a bad enough reaction that I immediatly threw away the drink. It’s something I’ve never done in my life. It was a matcha drink but that thing was brown and tasted nothing like matcha. Even expired matcha is better than the abomination I got. The taste was Cthulhuesque as in visceral and beyond human understanding. And to make things worst, it managed to be more expensive than any other bubble tea places I’ve been. I feel bad for people who go into this place and don’t know any better because the bar is low when it comes to good bubble tea in Quebec to begin with.

A couple of cozy chairs by the front window, watching people pass by with fluffy snow flakes slowly falling onto the ground. Drinking our slushy while eating our Banh Mi sandwich. Perfect for an afternoon snack.

I ordered a tofu bahn mi and enjoyed it very much. The bread was fresh, great crust and warmed through; everything I would have expected from great French bread. It was stuffed with plentiful strips of marinated tofu and julienned carrots. It was tasty and satisfying. My order was correctly filled as I ordered it minus the mayo. Great selection of drinks offered as well. The only thing that was lacking in this place was more of an ambience. Not expecting much, except maybe some music or display cases that showcase some of their banh mi and/or bowls.Vegetarian options: Vegan banh mi and poke bowls available.

We tried the salmon and tuna tartare poke bowl. Wow the best we have eaten so far! Fresh ingredients. Super friendly owner. We will return!

Got a lemongrass beef bánh mì today. Total disappointment as they took one from the display case and heat it up in a air fryer. It felt like I was choking with a mouthful of sandpaper. Bread was burnt and dry on the outside and too much mayo inside the bread makes it soggy and fatty. No lemongrass taste in the beef, and that was dry too. Only has pickled carrots but no daikon, no cucumber, no cilantro. Overall a very bland sandwich. We only realized it was a heated up sandwich after paying for it.Do NOT get a bánh mì here; it’s not worth it at that price. Try other places if you really want one.

Today I went to Mango tea for the first time. I ordered a mango juice, paid $8 including taxes, the smaller size. Unfortunately the juice was very bad, besides not looking like anything natural it was extremely sweet. I couldn't drink it all and unfortunately I threw more than half the glass away because it was impossible to consume. I think the price is expensive for the quality.

We ordered a lemongrass beef banh mi. For the price I was a little disappointed with the short length of the bread. It was generally good, although reheated in the airfryer, a good idea given that they are prepared in advance and stored in the fridge, however it is a shame that the salads and fresh coriander were not removed before cooking, these and have lost all their flavor. The bubble tea was good, with real pieces of mango. A little expensive for everything, but hey it remains a tourist area.
