I ordered a tofu bahn mi and enjoyed it very much. The bread was fresh, great crust and warmed through; everything I would have expected from great French bread. It was stuffed with plentiful strips of marinated tofu and julienned carrots. It was tasty and satisfying. My order was correctly filled as I ordered it minus the mayo. We ordered a lemongrass beef banh mi. For the price I was a little disappointed with the short length of the bread. It was generally good, although reheated in the airfryer, a good idea given that they are prepared in advance and stored in the fridge, however it is a shame that the salads and fresh coriander were not removed before cooking, these and have lost all their flavor.
