What terrible service! We were supposed to pick up an order before 7 p.m. today, but when we showed up at the restaurant at 6:55 p.m. the doors were locked and the staff saw us, but never came to answer the door! Very peculiar.

The medium-sized coffee is the equivalent of a small elsewhere... but at the price of a medium. $6 for 8oz!!!

This is an institution for a reason. Cafeteria style vibe but make it French classy. The combo (quiche + salad + a mini baked good) is just enough food for lunch and there's enough choice to make it worthwhile. Food is delicious and there are good healthy options too. But the pastries are where they really shine. This almondine with chocolate was the perfect light snack. They could use a bit of variety with their tea choices though...

The salespeople did not know the products. The pastries are too expensive (2x more expensive than elsewhere). The toilets are very dirty.

Popped in here for a quick coffee and snack while exploring Quebec City. Plenty of space to sit although a little more expensive than we are used to ($25 for 2 coffees and 2 pastries)

No work ergonomics, excellent food but unfortunately the service ruins everything. In addition, the assistant manager empties the counters with his bare hands????

An authentic boulangerie-patisserie in the heart of Quebec. Great selection of delicious pastries and coffees, a mixture of individual and communal seating and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Loved to sit here and watch the world go by. You can’t miss Paillard if you come to Quebec ville.
