The flavors of gelatos and sorbets are light and pleasant. Some like cookie dough and millefeuille are very low in flavor, but that doesn't detract from the nice texture / great taste. Superb ice cream! I took coffee, hazelnuts and chocolate mint. On the other hand, what a pity not to find the rum raisin ice cream! It was my favorite ice cream in France and I can't find it anywhere so the disappointment when the lady told me that the flavor was only available in Montreal ?
