Difficult to enter through the main door with a wheelchair. Also, the doors don't stay open. There is no automatic system. You have to both hold the doors and try to lift the wheelchair, which is a big challenge. The service was OK but the waitress had to run around to serve customers so we waited a good half hour before getting our food.
I don't understand, the service is provided but the young people do not offer condiments (peanut butter, ketchups, etc.) so what should I place my order for coffee, meals and mention my condiments? I believe that a rethink is necessary before the waitress (waiter) could even offer the tray when handing over the dishes….have you tried the leaders of your service yourself? Very long service, it took more than half an hour before a waitress brought us water. People looked at us from afar from time to time and the waitresses seemed to hope that we would leave, which we almost did.
