“Located near the North East corner of the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac with inside access from the hotel as well as outside from Dufferin Terrace. Inside sitting area just off the entry within the hotel. Standard menu items common to other franchise locations. Staff were professional, friendly and bilingual. Perfect for a morning coffee while taking in the lovely views.“
“Yesterday I went to 2 people at the checkout about 8 who were waiting for their orders. 3 employees: 1 at the drink, 1 box (even when he had no one), 1 who was doing the uber orders / the ovens. The girl at the drink not fast fast, no stress 1 drink every 2-3 minutes 1 at a time even when she had 2-3 the same (refresher type) as if she was going for a Sunday walk. The girl in the oven asked the cashier twice to help.. (new customer back at the checkout, continued to stack orders) after 15 min I went to see to get reimbursed because I had an appointment & there were still 5-6 customers left.. that of the ovens made me my beverage right away instead of the refund (very much appreciated, great service) but the other 2 ouff..“
“My regular at Sainte Foy... The coffees are by far better than elsewhere.. I went to the one at the pyramid yesterday because I was close for a white chocolate mocha.. You would have said he had put a handful of sugar in it was undrinkable!! At first I thought it was me but I decided to go to the one in Place Sainte Foy and the difference was striking, my boyfriend approved. Service is faster too.“
