I am not a regular customer of this branch, although I am a loyal consumer of this banner. My recent visit was a very good experience. I was served by Andréanne. I didn't feel like a number, as she was very careful to prepare my salad well. She took the time to cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. I know the banner rules have been changed to have employees cut ingredients. Unfortunately, very few do. All the ingredients were neatly arranged in the dish and not "garoched"...read full review

Subway is subway but 5 stars for the pleasant and impeccable service of the employee who worked alone in the branch with the broken air conditioning where it was almost 40 degrees. Pay attention to your employees, it makes no sense to have a teenager work in conditions like that.
