The schedule mentioned that it closes at 10 a.m., both on the internet and on the door, but at 9:20 p.m. the employee decided that it was closed.As long as you have the same employees, damn it, it's outside and closes at 8 p.m.

I come at 8:57 p.m. when they close at 9 p.m.... I get refused supposedly they started picking up before... Put 8:30 p.m. first next time if you want to finish before...

Honestly I don't like the Subway because that of Saint Anselme there is racism and I think that if there is 1 who does this the others must agree since no one has been there in order to be able to ask them to stopSo for me the Subway is over

Le pire service que j'ai eu dans un Subway. Ils ont pas l'air de bien entraîner leurs commis là-bas, et entendent pas bien donc j'ai du payer cher pour ma liqueur en fontaine parce qu'ils sont pas assez brillants pour me demander si c'est pas en trio quand je leur demande des biscuits en plus. N'allez pas là-bas à moins de vouloir comprendre c'est quoi un mauvais service à la clientèle.

Visitation on August 28 at 7:45 p.m.Really unpleasant experience.At 7:45 p.m. the ovens are closed, even if the restaurant closes at 9 p.m.… so we start with a cold submarine.Not being from the region and on the way back, we weren't tempted to look elsewhere so we thought it was a lesser evil.Returned to the vegetables, we each ask for a few more quantities. For example, I ask for more olives. The employee answers me ''I warn you right away I won't do that to you, my manager is really strict on the quantities''… she put me a quantity of olives lower than the regular in all the other subways that I could go .. same for all the vegetables.In addition, the service was unpleasant, the employee haughty, as if we were people a little "known" for wanting a hot submarine and vegetables...In short, unpleasant experience, tasteless submarine that contained nothing and cold… all this for the same price as in any subway that would offer excellent service ?

I have been customers since I was at Sainte Sacrement primary school. I'm 38 so I've been going to this subway for a long time. I have generally always been happy and well served. I don't know what's been going on for a while but the service has become pitiful. I have been there 4 times in the last 3 or 4 weeks. I was really satisfied only once.often the employee does not know how to make submarines and does not respect the recipe. I have half as much meat or he simply forgets to put some kind. but I pay the same price.often there is not what I want. no chicken, no steak, no pickles (sometimes it's several things missing at the same time) not my kind of bread, it wouldn't be so bad but often the bread is dry and or old. I went there around 5:45 a.m. and this is the pinnacle!!!! I had to leave with 2x 12inches and well I came out empty-handed and went directly to a competitor. the employee present simply hadn't made any bread and I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. you don't sell windsurfers... it's submarines TAS JUST CA TO THINK YOU HAVE YOUR STUCK TO MAKE IT!! WT....? ho by the way it's not as if there had just been a huge rush because there was only one person in the restaurant. it's gone that I look out the window to see which employee is behind the counter to see if I'm going elsewhere. (I went there on Tuesday August 30 at around 5:45 a.m.) voila!!

Flexible and friendly staff, even when I ordered perhaps a bit more than they would do outside of a catering order (10 sandwiches). If you want more than 5, call ahead and they will make sure to get all of their loaves baked, so they don't run out for you or other customers.Kid-friendliness: Able to choose all the sauces exactly as the kids like.Dietary restrictions: There are no peanut menu items.

I went this afternoon. The cashier and another behind her.. Chatting together while the two other boys were giving service. I probably pass for a complainer... But I asked the cashier for a yellow lid.. Well no, no coffee??? Let's see what is this??? I mentioned to the cashier that her service was soso.. It's not the first time that I've had a bad time at this Subway...
