While we visited for 4 days, my friends and I became locals: to the bar, it's patrons and staff. It was a fortunate find on the first night. One we enjoyed every night after lol. :)
This pub quickly became a favorite spot for us in Quebec City. We've visited twice and returned for the consistently great service, delicious food, fantastic atmosphere, and enjoyable music. I recommend trying their special grilled cheese sandwich (Grilled cheese de la Taverne) and their POUTIN AU JAMBON (pork poutine).

The atmosphere is good and there is good music. There is a large selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles.I had the bitterballen as a starter and it was simply good! A very nice discovery! For meal, I had the double cheese bacon and it was delicious.
