I had a very bad experience with poor service. Unfortunately, it looks more like one person who should not be doing service. Took over 25 min to get a glass of wine and they ordered the wrong plate for one of my 2 kids. It took another 25 minutes to get it … my kid was almost crying and the waitress was waiting at the bar… i had to go talk to her at the bar… really not up to the Concorde level of service…

Only had an order of toast and coffee for a light breakfast; both were fine (how hard can that be, really). Lost one star for the price: $8 for order of toast is excessive.

Two times was here for a breakfast when staying at this hotel. I was surprised from the first step when I came. So polite and smiling staff! They made my day) Fast service and moreover surprised me the food! It was so tasty, jucy,fresh and melting in the mouth))) Interior as well pleased me. So light,so contemporary! If you are staying at the Concord hotel, don't hesitate to go to breakfast at this cafe. Pleasant time and good food will be guaranteed to you!

Watch out for very spicy tomato sauce and mushrooms in the meat sauce. They have gluten free penne and pizza which is great. The meat pizza wasn't to my liking because they put sweet pulled pork on an otherwise savory pizza (strange). Friendly service and bilingual.

The minestrone Soup was undercooked, the vegetables were still raw. We were waiting for our meal around 35 minutes. Once we have asked to relocate us from the windy area, they have replied they don't have any spaces (although they had plenty of empty tables around), then we have realised this place is a mess and we don't like the service at all, only one of the waitresses has apologised and we had received our meals the same minute??♀️??♀️

You can see that they are making efforts, but there are some downsides. We waited a bit long for our food. Plus, one server said my second coffee (a cappuccino) would be free, which is why I asked for it. Then, another server brought the check and I had to pay 4.50$ for it! They just said it was an error :/

Had the eggs Benny. It was ok, one slice of bacon on each. The sauce was probably from a package. Egg McMuffin not toasted. Potato squares where really good.

Went twice during our stay at the adjacent Hotel and we really liked it. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and fluent in both French and English. Most breakfast restaurants in Quebec would offer complimentary coffee with their breakfast menu, but it's usually only drip coffee. Jaja, on the other hand, offered the option to change for a real espresso instead. A truly appreciated detail for coffee lovers.
Food and Service is outstanding ! Reasonably priced ? Breakfast plate has a variety of proteins, Canadian traditional creton, sausage, crepes, toast was worth cheating off my diet and homemade natural raspberry preserves with no thickening agents or sugar ???

The food was great, service was a touch slow and it was a bit pricey for breakfast. Overall, it was still good. It was definitely convenient being in our hotel and we were checking out to continue our road trip, I would recommend it.

Accidentally stumbled across this restaurant while looking for my towed car. Figured I'd go inside and grab some breakfast, my car wasn't going anywhere. I ended up ordering LE QUÉBÉCOIS, and it was delicious. The potatoes were hot and kind of crunchy, just like I let them. Service was also great. I honestly don't have any complaints about this place.
