Imagine real Italian chef de cuisine and chef de pâtes. And chef/owner. Shouting in the kitchen to serve the following dishes. All Italian names . Almost singing. You receive your plates with vapors coming out of them and the view is wonderful, the aromes are delicious and the flavours confirming all this. One of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten at in Quebec Provence and other cities in different countries.
