Literally one of the worst McDonald's I've been to in my entire life. The service is poor, the floor managers have no control over their employees and the waiting time is too long. 30 minutes to have 2 coffees, 3 creams, 3 sugars. Disgusting.

This morning for a rare time we decided to have lunch at the McDonald's at the Walmart in Saint Jean. 2 bacon Mc muffin trios. The potatoes were barely cooked, soft and greasy. After asking to have them cooked more…same result.iEurck!Very disappointing, it's over never again!

3 employés sur place, 2 qui niaisent et 1 qui se cache. Après 20 minutes d'attente, la fille me fait accroire que la viande est entrain de cuire, alors qu'il me met une vieille boulette froide restée dans le tiroir à viande. Sans compter l'attitude de la fille que je dérange à la préparation des commandes. J'ai fait une plainte directe à McDonald's Canada. Le pire ever!

I can understand that there may be a shortage of employees, but too much is too much...three employees, two for services and a cook, and internet orders were made before customer orders were placed in the store. I find her very ordinary! The trash cans were full and the fountains for soft drinks were empty for coke...ect!

phew my visit forgot the manager more busy drinking this liqueur behind than giving a hand to these employees the poor cashier she gets stuck by her team leader in front of the customers the team leader completely rude when I mention her that I only have half fries she answered me stupid bin your order is going to be cold wow McDo we lost. First and last visit. I was embarrassed for employees trying to fill orders while their "team leader" was chatting with customers who were his friends, who also told him to go to work and his response was "criss there's nothing to do I have finished my tasks". There is always something to do in a restaurant! A word of advice if you read this message: if you are a team leader, act like. Show the employees an example and stop acting like you did tonight. You should also pay attention to what comes out of your mouth in the presence of customers. During the 30 minutes of waiting, I was able to analyze your work and I don't think you deserve the job you have.Good evening.
