“Well, it wasn't me who reserved this restaurant.I was a little skeptical given the negative comments but I think the owners are receptive to comments and really want to improve.I explain to you...I think this restaurant is worth visiting.There were 14 of us with reservations.When we arrived we were made very welcome by our waitress Louise.She informed us that it had to be an a la carte menu given the number of people.Ohhh there are vegetarians and the veggie pizza was not on the a la carte menu.We spoke with Louise who informed the owner and there you have it, she gives us the regular menus for everyone.Very nice attention from them.We ate very well, my chicken skewers were delicious and I went around the table to get everyone's comments and in general everything was perfect.A comment for the chef to be careful with the escalopes which are a little overcooked.There weren't many of us in the dining room and I think they are trying to improve on the negative comments.We spent a very pleasant evening with very good service from Madame Louise and the help of a young lady who is in charge of the bar.Thank you all and I hope that with these comments your restaurant will be worth the detour for customers. ❤PS check your toilet more regularly thank you ?“

“My husband and I had to be somewhere nearby tonight, so after hearing and seeing posts about this resto online, we took the opportunity to try it out. Our waiter, Dominic greeted us at the door and he made us feel like we had been there before and treated us so well. He went over all the food and what the dishes were and gave recommendations. We chose from the meals at the front and when I say we were beyond impressed it is an understatement. I have never had such amazing, authentic delicious Greek food in all of Montreal. I felt like I was back in Greece when I went there 20 years ago! The food, the service, the cleanliness and the atmosphere was just amazing! I cannot wait to go again and bring my family to enjoy this place!“

“Came in with low expectations and now i feel terrible.. this place is amazing! The tzatziki is the best I’ve had in a very long while. The meat was juicy and savoury, even the salad was exceptional. No hesitation, this is my new favourite greek restaurant in Montreal. And i grew up in Chomedey. Pricing is very reasonable and the portions are huge.“

“Food is really good and full of flavor, nicely cooked I'drecommend paying the extra for the greek salad the portion is perfect, how ever if you are having it delivered it to you, for 27.59 the portion size of the main dish is ok, but if you want more bang for your buck I'd say greek town grill gives you a slightly larger portion for what you pay and same size salad that is included with having to pay the extra for greek salad.However I would recommend souvlaki authentic to a friend in any case.“

“Hi! The Chicken Brochette plate was the best one I've eaten! We shared calamari, which was delicious, and they began the meal with a garlic bread appetizer, enough for everyone! The service was excellent. All of our meals arrived together. Every order was at our convenience. Explanations were clear. Water and drink service was continual and they had unique three-way water jugs to serve from anywhere on the table by the waiter. The Brochette was among the highest priced dishes but it was well worth it. I could only eat half! I took the rest home in the nicest, reusable, washable box I've ever seen. I thought I saw a baby Nipsey, too. So cute! He probably had nothing to do with it, but live on! Happy 90th birthday, Bernard's Mami!“

“This is one of the best Greek places I've been to in a long time! The chicken, the fries, the salads, everything was top-notch! Also, the owner's wife (I assume she is) was really great and so funny and professional! I will never forget my experience there and shall come back more than once! “The chicken skewers were fantastic! Loved how tender and juicy the chicken was. Plus, the mustard sauce was delicious. My son said it was the best rice he ever had, but it lacked a bit of flavor in my opinion. The salad was just okay. The service was good, but the place was nearly empty. However, it might have been due to the fact that it was the week after the New Year. I love the byow option. We will go back.“

“If you’re craving some solid Greek food, this is the place to go. The restaurant is slightly dated, but the food compensates for that! The entire staff was great with exception from this one man who seated us, he was probably having a bad night. The prices were fair, and I was absolutely satisfied with the size of the dishes! I recommend their pork gyro, it’s beyond tender and seasoned.Vegetarian options: There is a lot of options without meat!“

“We had the octopus and calamari everything was cooked to perfection. It melted in your mouth. We also had drinks (Greek and Paros zombies) which were very good and light.I recommend it. These dishes are not cheap but very good. Not much octopus on the plate though but the squid was in good quantity.“

Not very expensive, pretty abundant plates, and all you would expect as standard offerings from any respectable Greek restaurant. “2024: gyro pita was great as usual. Loukanikos and lamb brochette were tasty. Baklava cheesecake was good. chicken pita was disappointing, no flavour, just a chunk of chicken breast. It would be nice if they warmed or toasted the pita bread.2021: ordered gyro pita plate and gyro poutine and fried calamari and spanakopita. Everything was delicious. Good portions.“

“Great location for hosting office parties or any small celebration. We had our office year end party here and the service and hospitality was impressive. There are several party rooms within this location and all are well maintained and seemed recently renovated. The food that was brought to our table was hot and the dishes were promptly changed. Toilets were clean and the lobby area was spacious.Only negative would be some of the cleanliness regarding table cloths and cutlery could be improved.“

“An old classic with the original one downtown. Their menu changed from the old days. Sides are now fries salads rice. I had the Yero pita. I love their sauce, Kojak. I enjoy mixing the sweet with the spicy. The pita is fresh and tender. I always enjoyed their yero and sauce. Used to have it as a burger. Either way they're both good“

I compliment the kitchen team for their preparation of seafood that is just cooked/grilled just right! Same compliment for the cooking and seasoning of meats (pork and beef steaks) from my partner and my grown children! They, greedy, also had a starter of fried squid which quickly disappeared with their aperitif drink! As they say, an empty plate is proof :-)! “My daughter introduced us to Souvlaki 7 2 years ago and since then we have been going there almost twice a month, it is so good. Super generous plates, attentive service, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it, the best Greek in northern Laval.Parking: I have never had difficulty finding parking.“

Original Greek taste is impossible to be found outside of Greece but paying that much for something which is so bad imitation it's like they are fooling you .“

From Denis at the head office to Roxanne and Zachary at the restaurant completing the chain of professionalism we were very pleased with the second presentation and experience that they offered us.Looking forward to visiting you again. The staff would get 4 stars as they are polite and professional however it was a pick up order and unfortunately the food I picked up was no good. They got the order wrong also.Very small portion off rice and potatoes.Besides the pita the container was practically empty.I go to the other casa grecque on a regular basis and this was my first visit to this location.
