I'm a bilingual anglophone living in a predominantly anglophone town. As such, I appreciate someone working in the service industry who makes an effort to speak English.. Absolutely NONE made at Tim Horton's on Queen Street in Lennoxville today. In fact, there was an obvious refusal to even try. It's the first time this has happened. I ordered in French which is what I end up doing at any rate. Just like to see who is "making an effort". It's not much to ask.
I've been going here for roughly 5 years, and I've put off writing a review. The one thing that bugs me relentlessly, is being given something that I didn't order, or a half-done order AFTER I paid for something else. Today I got less than a half portion of the fries, 9, in the big red container. And I asked for the new Roast beef sandwich, which I've ordered a few times already, to get something completely different and not worth the price I paid.
