Great service, a bit of a wait but given the customers the wait is totally justified. A nice blue-eyed girl served me with a big smile (despite my complicated order ?) thank you for the smile!

VERY RUDE. PERSON THAT SAID THEY ARE MANAGER. I ordered a latte from drive through, they handed it out and it was spilling out through the top, obviously over filled. dripped across my clothes. I took it and pulled away, then it was still spilling all over, could not even move it with out it spilling. got the top off it was just coffee with milk it WAS NOT A LATTE as ordered. So I went back in for a full refund. the woman at the counter refused to refund for the sandwich with was part of the order, refused to give me a manager's information or contact of any sort. So I went from dissatisfied to pissed off. Finally a worker that has some common sense and people skills talked the other person into just dong the refund. Then the person that said they were a manager started shouting at me just go, leave. You see these videos where customers are getting pissed at workers in fast food places, they never show the before in what got the customer so pissed off. I am sure there are a lot of bad customers that cause a scene unprovoked. But now I really wonder how many are provoked by the workers that lack any people, management or customer service skills or knowledge. What could have been a very easy fix, that would have turned ME (unhappy customer) into a happy customer that would return. Instead, I had to create a scene, waste my time doing this review and calling the corporate office to complain and someone that will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER TIM HORTONS EVER! GREAT WORK.

I used to receive great service at Tim hotons. However in this branch I received very poor customer service. It felt They will make you feel very uncomfortable if you're not native French/English speaker

When I ask for extra bacon, I get no bacon. When I ask for extra sauce, I get no sauce at all. Once asked for an iced coffee without sugar and it only tasted like sugar. Please do better.

Terrible service and experience
They can be a bit slow sometimes. The trash bin is most often filled and garbage scatered everywhere. Not very well managed to say the least
