Currently, they are ready but there is still training. In the kitchen, it takes around 1 year before you are comfortable with the dishes on the menu.Be tolerant since we are also humans. Sometimes we forget that we are not alone in the restaurant. We forget the dozens of other customers who are present.If it turns out that things are bothering you then just talk to the right person, courteously. ?If we don't say anything to the person or owner of the restaurant then it's a safe bet that nothing will change.Their goal is to improve so that their customers come back regularly. “Good place for a hearty breakfast!My boss took me here while visiting Canada from the US because it reminds her of an American breakfast. The portions were very large and delicious. I had the Italienne omelette. The potatoes that came with it were seasoned perfectly. The staff was great and helpful since we didn't speak French.“
