I love thai express but this one is a very bad example. I am refused a glass of water saying they don't have a tap when I can clearly see one behind her. The beef was rubbery and filled with tendons. I had asked for my dish very spicy and insisted that it be spicier than normal. There was no chili and when I asked to make it again I was simply given a bag of sriracha. The person at the wok still did a good job. Mty should be ashamed of this branch.
If I could give zero star I would. The woman who works there as a manager is the most racist person I’ve ever met. She once told a client to go wash the dishes ‘cause the client in question was black. She’s always looking down on black doordashers asking if they have the right to be here. And when talking about her clients she always described them by their ethnicity or the color of there skin. I don’t understand how nobody is acting and doing something about this.

The cashier named Manon makes derogatory remarks about people in the queue, speaks against other restaurants in the food court and forgot the beef in my pad see ewInstead of letting the cook make the meat for me as is supposed to, she reheated the meat in hot water, resulting in bland and rubbery results.Thank you Manon
