It's D&D. There's practically one on every block around here. Much like you just have to wait 5 minutes if you don't like the weather in New England, if you don't care for one particular D&D, just walk around the block to the next one. The high rating is because they're exactly what they're supposed to be. Nothing more. Nothing less.
