“It's D&D. There's practically one on every block around here. Much like you just have to wait 5 minutes if you don't like the weather in New England, if you don't care for one particular D&D, just walk around the block to the next one. The high rating is because they're exactly what they're supposed to be. Nothing more. Nothing less.“
“My fiance and I had the Ritual signature and Reubens cousin Paul sandwich, both were great. The pastrami on the reuben had nice little crispy bits and the bagel was perfect ? the Ritual had nice crispy katsu-like chicken, I recommend adding a hash brown on it. We also had 2 iced lattes, that were perfection. Maple bacon donut was extra sweet, but so fluffy and the frosting was creamy. I've been on the hunt for a good breakfast sammy and I found a 5 ? ones here ☺️ Atmosphere was neutral, clean and tidy, but I wouldn't say cozy or interestingly decorated.“
“A lovely spot for breakfast. Very clean and nice to be in! Lots of food to choose from and generously portioned. I loved my veggie omelet and the cappuccino was delicious. Unfortunately the home fries weren’t stellar- which is a shame as they’re my favorite. Just a touch bland. Wouldn’t deter me from returning though. Often packed so be sure to make a reservation if you can.“
“Looking for well-balanced exotic coffee drinks?! You are looking at the right place! You can find many well-crafted coffee based drinks with a wide variety of flavors in a nice ambiance.I wish the open hours were longer though.Highly recommended!“
“Cute, quaint, and hopefully here to stay forever. You can see pastry chef Sergio working hard on all of the pastries in this bustling shop through a window into his kitchen; making his craft the center of the show. Adriana, the manager, is the sweetest and is always so helpful when deciding what to get. These are some of the best pastries and espresso in the city. One bite and you’ll feel like you’re in Europe. Love the apple tart and citrus tart amongst other things. They have quite a decent amount of gluten free options as well as the best chocolate chip cookie (not gluten free but so delicious). This is how Europeans eat breakfast and lunch. Don’t cheat yourself this experience. When it’s warm they open the front windows adding to the experience. Trust me, you’ll be happy you went.“
“Great coffee shop we went for the lighting of the Riverside tree lighting. We have been going since it started. We weren't happy this year though they lit the tree without telling the people inside and we missed the lighting. We were getting coffee. The people around us all felt the same. Why couldn't they come in and tell us. Oh well that's what happens I guess.“
“This place is such a an amazing surprise. Outside the street is non descript inside it hustle and bustle. There's music, lots of seating, and a modern vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect as they're not located in a food mecca. However, everything was fantastic! I got some avocado toast and a pistachio latte. I don't even like avocado toast, as it's usually under seasoned but there's was very good. The latte was balanced and flavorful. My 10yo got the passion fruit spritzer. It tasted like real passion fruit not some chemical trying to mimic it. I sat and worked for awhile. Staff was helpful, patient, and friendly. I will definitely return!“
“Great coffee, great food, and great people. This is a relatively new coffeeshop, in the lower floor of an old times shopping mall.We got a coffee and a late, both were great. I believe the coffee was a pour over. There were multiple micro roasted beans to choose from, which I chose a light roast. We also had a bagel and a sandwich, both were very delicious. This place is ideal for a meet up with friends, or a date, or just bringing your book or laptop and that sort of stuff.I’d certainly go back!“
“10/10 stars for the All Seasons cafe! We hosted an event at the All Seasons Cafe, and it was a huge success thanks to Maria and the entire team at the All Seasons Cafe! Maria was so great to work with - and the pastries and coffee were amazing.“
“The BEST smoothie spot in Rhode Island. Their standard menu items and seasonal specials are all amazing - Tropical Chaga Monster, Emery smoothie, vegan lasagna, breakfast wraps, I could go on. The owner is the sweetest. It's hard to find genuinely tasty healthy spots around here, but Pawtuxet Village is lucky to have this one!“
“Really fresh, high quality waffles and great service. We love getting the waffle with fruit. It's lightly sweet and has a chewy, slightly crispy texture. They always seem to be out of the Belgian thin waffle which is too bad. They also have nice tea options that pair well with the waffle.“
“Love this place Has definitely become my new coffee spot. The flan latte tastes just like the Starbucks Iced white mocha Venti with sweet cream foam and extra caramel drizzle drink !!!! But you get a lager size here. very impressed with this spot 100% recommend.“
“I visited a cozy cafe in downtown PVD today, and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with clean and comfortable seating arrangements. The coffee was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise in comparison to other cafes in the area. Their ice coffee was just $3, and a small latte was only $3.5, offering excellent value for money. Additionally, their dessert selection complemented the drinks perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic cafe with great ambiance, affordable prices, and delicious treats. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in downtown PVD.“
“What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said. Everything they have is amazing. The go-to for my wife and I have always been the chocolate torte but their chocolate mousse and key lime pie (when its in stock) are also great. Everything's consistent and its location is nice and tucked away behind the craziness of Atwells Ave. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.“
“This place has become a PROBLEM for me- I’m completely addicted to their coffee and breakfast sandos. So good!Borealis has it all- incredible food, fast service, great coffee and a beautiful ambiance. Favorite place to have refreshments while catching up on work, meeting a friend or playing a game a chess. I’m so glad Borealis is in Bristol!“
“Lemme tell you about the Sgt. Pepper smoothie. Avocado? Check. Pineapple? Check. Other stuff? Check. But the STAR of this delicious beverage is the cayenne pepper. It's a great way to jump start your day. TRY IT. Feeling adventurous? If you ask for extra spice, the folks there do not disappoint. 10/10. ???“
“This is by far the best coffee around the providence area. Beans are roasted daily. You can taste the freshness. All their coffee is full of flavor . The staff are very nice and I always feel welcome even when they are slam packed busy. The only thing they could improve on is the flow of traffic when waiting for your order. It can get very cramped and claustrophobic when they are really busy. A small price to pay for the best coffee you’ll ever have.“
“First time going to Senjoy. My kids and husband loved the friend chicken as it was crispy and well seasoned. The service was great! My Ramen was pretty good but it did taste aliytke bit like frozen food (if that makes sense). I also would have liked it a little spicier. The restaurant is nice but the bathroom needs more maintenance. Overall, good food and good service. We would go again“
“Presto Strange O Cafe in Warwick, RI isn't just your average coffee shop. It's a portal to a world of caffeine-fueled bliss, where the atmosphere is cool and inviting, the staff are as friendly as your favorite barista, and the coffee? Well, the coffee is simply out of this world.Stepping into Presto Strange O is like stepping into a Tim Burton movie in the best possible way. Dark walls adorned with quirky art, vintage furniture with mismatched patterns, and fairy lights casting a warm glow all combine to create an atmosphere that's both cozy and edgy. It's the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a latte, or catch up with friends over a steaming cup of joe.The staff at Presto Strange O are the kind of people who make you feel like you've known them for years. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about coffee, and they always have a smile and a witty quip ready. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or a newbie just dipping your toes into the world of espresso, they'll help you find the perfect cup to suit your taste buds. But the real star of the show at Presto Strange O is, of course, the coffee. They use high-quality beans roasted to perfection, and their baristas are masters of the craft. From classic lattes and cappuccinos to more adventurous concoctions like the "Strange-O" (espresso, chocolate, and cinnamon), there's something for everyone on the menu. These guys are true artists, creating intricate designs on your coffee that are almost too beautiful to drink (almost). So, if you're looking for a coffee experience that's anything but ordinary, look no further than Presto Strange O Café. With its cool atmosphere, friendly staff, and mind-blowing coffee, it's sure to become your new favorite haunt. Just be warned: you might become addicted to their out-of-this-world brews. (But hey, that's a good kind of addiction, right?)Pro Tip: Don't forget to check out their bakery section for some delicious pastries to pair with your coffee.Parking: lots of parkingKid-friendliness: yes kid friendly“
“This place is DELICIOUS. Worth the wait for sure. Came to Portsmouth for Christmas and had an AWFUL coffee the day before at another place whose name has left my mind. I usually am a straight espresso kind of person but the menu was so extensive that I got the peanut butter cup latte which was phenomenal. You're going to wait a while to get it but it's delicious.“
“Stopped in here for coffee and a snack, the cold brew was very strong, any coffee lover would enjoy it but maybe not for the casual Starbucks drinker. The large was LARGE, think movie theater soda sized. Definitely well worth the price. The almond croissant was good, too. Looks like it would be a fun/interesting place for boozy coffee drinks if I were there later in the day.“
“Trying to be honest here, and the food and coffee are just “OK.” The staff is friendly and the place is cute. If I’m craving something that’s going leave me like “hell yeah that was great,” I’ll go elsewhere downtown, but again, it’s a really cute place and the staff is friendly so definitely worth still stopping in! I was going to give 4 stars but the mediocrity of food *on occasion* is not worth dinging a small business and pushing people elsewhere. It’s still a staple of downtown.“
“The best neighborhood coffee/sandwich shop I've ever found in my life. If you need a pick-me-up or crave a good sandwich while in Providence, I promise you White Electric is worth it.It also has the perfect blend of caffeinated energy and relaxing ambiance, and the staff all truly act like they actually enjoy their work. I mean that honestly & without a hint of sarcasm. The staff are professional and excel at the art of coffee making but somehow have remained kindhearted, unlike many current barristas (and experts in general, but especially barristas).Rhode Island still struggles in many culinary disciplines, but for anyone visiting this Napolean complex in the form of a colony & state, please know that you will be pleasantly surprised in every imaginable way at White Electric.“
“Seven Stars has quickly become my favorite bakery!! Their iced Carmel latte is to die for!! Probably the best coffees/ lattes I have ever had. They are extremely consistent which I really appreciate. Their baked goods are fabulous too! I recommend the almond croissant ? if you are contemplating going to this bakery or have never been I highly highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!“
“Lovely, colourful little café with friendly staff and delicious food. Good portions too! I had an omelette with chorizo and a #44 crêpe with Nutella, marshmallow and graham crackers and both were very good.Homely atmosphere and reminded me of my family's cooking back in the UK. Well worth a visit!“
“Read great reviews about this place and gave it a try. I got the hangover sandwich as recommended, and it was delicious. I also got their dirty Chai and that paired well with the sandwich. The staff are friendly as well and gets packed quickly.“
“Very cute diner. I went here with my girlfriend on a mini vacation and we both got different types of their eggs Benedict. The wait staff was a smidge slow. But he apologized for it and made sure to come by, and let us know he was doing his best to come around again. The food was flavourful and their Chai and hot chocolate were as well! The bathroom was very small and dirty. But that was one of the only few downsides.Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly.Dietary restrictions: Great for peanut allergy“
“It was very tasty, very clean and the waitress was very pleasant … she just forgot my order, luckily I wasn’t super busy. After 20 minutes of waiting for coffee and a pastry, I asked after my order and she said she’d skipped over it somehow but she was terribly apologetic. It happens!I wouldn’t say it has any kind of Euro-type atmosphere, although it was obviously dominated by Portuguese speakers, and that’s fine. It’s not exactly cozy, but it is clean and open, not cramped. A little “cold”— atmo, not temperature!! The coffee was good!“
“In the pink is a wonderful new addition to Providence. The menu has something for everyone. All of the food and products are fresh and delicious. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have something for anytime of day/night or just a quick pick me up snack. Highly recommend if you are in the “
“I came here today for the first time with my daughter for her birthday. She wanted a coffee with a picture on top. The lady's were super nice and helpful. They made my daughter a decaf so she didn't have the caffeine. Which was great. They made her feel super special by making sure she had a perfect picture on top for her birthday. I will say we will be going again.“
“Really loved this place. Great service & the coffees were extremely delicious. Friendly people working & they hang up art from local artist. Did not get any pictures of that but I will be back to try their other latte flavors and vegan pastries. Very cute decor inside as well!“
“Aroma Joe's is located on the busy Thayer street. The store is very inviting and spacious. There are so many different drinks and different flavors at Aroma Joe's.There are options for 16 oz, 20 oz, 24 oz, and 32 oz and you can choose hot or iced.I ordered a hot mocha 24 oz with white chocolate flavor. It was tasty. I can't wait to come back and try their other drinks.“
“I was pleasantly surprised at this coffee house, there was a great vibe and atmosphere amongst the workers and the public. I will definitely be coming back if I am in town again. Also, the jalapeño popper breakfast sandwich was delicious as was the cold brew coffee.“
“Local coffee shop...super friendly staff and customers with to-die-for bagels and breakfast pastry. Eclectic array of tables, chairs, and benches for a relaxed start to your morning.Parking: Located in a busy strip mall with loads of parking.“
“This is my go-to coffee spot in the area! I love the selection of flavored coffees and lattes and that they have a vegan cream cheese option. The place is super cozy, especially in the space toward the back of the cafe - it's a great spot to have a cup of coffee and read a book. The baristas are also always super friendly and accommodating!“
“There’s some foods I don’t like to buy because I can make them myself with cookies being one of them but oh my gosh these are the best cookies I’ve ever had! They’re cooked perfectly with the inside of the cookie being soft and gooey and they don’t get rock hard after a day or so. The best cookie was the funfeti and monthly special which was apple cider! The chocolate chip cookie and chocolate peanut butter are also amazing. You really can’t go wrong with any cookie you get“
“This is the coffee shop you dream about. When you think of rainy days with a cozy latte and a book, this is where you picture yourself. Exceptional coffees, espresso drinks, and teas, locally made baked goods, and a perfectly cozy atmosphere. Also, have been able to bring in my dog - HUGE bonus.“
“Food was amazing. I got the avocado toast and macaroons were DELICIOUS! I also got the matcha iced and that was amazing. The customer service is great as well, they will help you out for any inconvenience. I forgot to ask the two ladies working Sunday afternoon their names because they were lovely. They also bring your food to the table, didn’t know that, but I loved it.Atmosphere is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. Also, food presentation is fancy!!Overall 10/10!“
“This has become my favorite got to for lunch. Very bright and airy café, and staff is very friendly. My favorite is the vegan chickpea wrap. Although I'm not vegan, it is delicious. They also have a non- vegan option with curried chickpeas and feta, which is also delicious. What absolutely got was the cinnamon bun....more specifically the cream cheese frosting. I'm not one for sweets, but this is the best cream cheese frosting I have ever had. It's not overly sweet and has the silkiest texture. Would definitely recommend it!!!“
“I stopped by Mill Coffee last week after reading great reviews on this place. When I pressed the intercom button at the entrance, I realized it's by appointment only visit. Luckily, Susan the owner let me in. Susan's hospitality exceeded expectations. She also showed me around, provided great information, and sent me home with two bags of coffee to try for free. That was incredibly nice of her! This place gets coffee from all over the world and you honestly can't get a more 'from-producer-to-consumer' product than this place, they roast in house!I highly recommend Mills Coffee Roasting.A huge shout-out to Susan for her kindness :)Daniel“
“We'd been to the hotel location and knew the coffee was excellent, but this was our first time trying the food. The rice bowl, breakfast sandwich and homemade biscuit were exceptional. We ordered the vegetarian versions of everything. We're very picky about espresso - theirs is extracted perfectly and we very much enjoyed a straight espresso, a traditional macchiato and an Americano. Highly recommended.“
“They’re always hosting new and trendy events, which lets college kids go out and have fun doing something that won’t destroy their liver. I love the specialty teas, and I always stop by to check out the seasonal and holiday teas! Not to mention the donuts are so cute and the flavors are really creativeDietary restrictions: You have complete control over sugar levels, add ons, and extra ingredients!“
“Love this neighborhood treasure! The soups are amazing, especially the Portuguese soup and all the squash varieties. Love the homemade bread and other treats in the grilled cheese is fantastic on that bread. My son loves the ice cream. Haven't had a chance to try the coffee yet. Great for take away options and larger soups in the fridge you can take home and freeze. the owner is so so nice. I hope they can expand and have more seating options soon.“
“I ordered a large iced coffee and a piece of walnut banana bread. The BANANA BREAD WAS AMAZING!!!!!! The coffee also was great! A great vibe for some studying or a solo hangout. Also a great spot to meet some friends and catch up. The barista who helped me was absolutely incredible. It was my first time and I didn’t feel rushed or anything, like I do in other coffee shops! The vibe was very laid back. I will gladly shop here instead of Starbucks!“
“Great, quiet, and cozy spot located right along main street. The outdoor sidewalk seating is a plus especially if you have pets you brought along. We ordered 2 sandwiches with coffee which were good - nothing necessarily special about them but still good quality overall. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Very nice spot to stop by when you're in the area.“
“Cozy atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. No indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating with a beautiful view! I got an iced caramel latte with a cookie, both items absolutely delicious. :)Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milk options, and even informed me that their caramel has dairy in it! Love how informative the staff is! :)Parking: There's a lot of parking room available. :)“
“So many vegan options!!! They always have multiple flavors of vegan donuts and they’re all unique and delicious! In addition to the standard vegan chocolate and vegan vanilla (both are to die for), they cycle through random ones like blueberry pancake, pumpkin cheesecake, and oreo. This is the only donut shop in the area that consistently offers a variety of vegan donuts, and they also happen to be the best donuts I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things.“
“Me and my mom went here twice. It was good but parts of the egg looked grey/green both times we went? Other than that it was good. They made us wait like 30 minutes and each time they either messed up our order or they forgot to make something. Haven't tried the deli. The workers are nice but one or two of them you can tell don't wanna be there. It was really cute and offered indoor or outdoor seating but not a lot of room. I would come again for brunch or something but not my go to place.“
“Located near the bike path, we stopped in to get warm...we were freezing. Drinks are a bit pricey for us normally but always very good. We arrived within 30ish minutes of closing but staff was still very helpful and friendly. We left warm and happy, back on the bikes!“
