When my dinner was delivered I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong item through the Grubhub app. I called the restaurant to ask if I could bring back the wrong item for the correct item. Not only did they tell me to keep the incorrect item, but to stay home and they would deliver an entire complimentary meal of the correct item as a courtesy. Not only great food but great customer service !“
“Finally ordered from here and so glad we did! Their selection is incredible - I was craving hibachi without wanting to go sit in the restaurant. They had exactly what I wanted! Even more amazing was their General Tsao's chicken. My husband is the pickiest when it comes to this dish and he was finally happy to find a place that does it how he likes! Real chicken and fresh vegetables. This will be our new go-to for Asian.“

“Asian Gourmet is a small tucked away practically unnoticeable gem in the Tiverton plaza. The food is great, hot and the staff are polite and attentive. We had the chow mein this time- folks think Chow Mein is the same everywhere; not true!Asian Gourmets Sauce or gravy or whatever you wish to call it, is always tasty, doesn't coagulate when cooled and the noodles are fresh.We have had many other dishes- one favorite is the Basil Thai Rice with Shrimp!!!The shrimp are huge,flavorful and the Basil sauce is Amazing! Highly recommend!“

“I'm just gonna have to say it. OMG if you are looking for authentic Japanese food. This is the PLACE. I love all their food! But you HAVE TO try the new Pho they have. This warm delish FULL OF FLAVOR and LOTS of meat (or veggies) will have you leaving absolutely happy and full! Not only if the staff extremely kind! They make the most delicious food. This is probably my favorite type of soup now! It also has delicious noodles and they pack it with enough meat and vegetables! I'll definitely be recommending this to more of my friends and family. “

We ordered some cocktails and the love boat sushi platter for 2, the sushi was exceptionally good and fresh. “Just went there to eat with my family. I was surprised! From the outside it looks small, but it is spacious and well decorated! The service was great! The food was delicious and well priced! We ordered a lot of food and it came out quickly and I liked how my sushi plate came with a decoration on it! “I'm a sushi lover, and I have to say that this place is amazing! I stumbled on it while I was visiting Providence and taking a stroll through this beautiful neighborhood. Why this place doesn't have a 4.9 overall star rating I can't understand! I've read some of the low reviews, and people complain of the customer service and wait staff. I found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and simply wonderful! It seems that a lot of people on here can't actually read the menu, where it actually states in black and white what is included in and on the rolls. I made a change on one of mine, and the staff was happy to accommodate. Maybe it's the way some.people talk to the staff, perhaps as though they are entitled? I think diners have forgotten how to politely communicate with staff, especially when there may be differences in culture (you've always got to keep this in mind)! Now that I told you how incredible the service is, let me tell you how much I loved the atmosphere of this dark, quaint hideaway. It's beautiful.. if you're looking for a brightly lit commercial restaurant, this is not it.. for those diiners complaining of it being small and dark, then why did they sit here and eat in the first place? Surely they saw exactly what it was like when they first walked in! Strange anyone would leave them a bad review for this when they are the ones that chose to sit and dine here knowing full well what the atmosphere was like. Mind-blowing really how ridiculous some people are! The sushi is outstanding. Most places fill their rolls with rice and give you very little protein. This place is the opposite, a good portion of protein in the rolls with a small amount of rice. I appreciated this!Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Ignore the ridiculous, I can't say more good things about it!“

Has gone above and beyond your typical server.Food is always excellent here, we call it "predictably good". From the soup to the appetizers, and then the main course it lives up to expectations. We come every week, has replaced any buffet or local take out.“
