The theme for Burgundian seems like it's menue grows from the owners travels around the world.The quality is unparalleled. Their burgers are a strong argument for anyone to say they might be the best they've ever had.And their leige waffles are their specialty. These waffles WILL be the best you've ever had. I got mine with banana churros topped with whipped cream and two scoops of vanilla ice cream.The owner himself seems like a pretty cool dude whose ambition and travels have brought this place to life in his exacting vision. “I got the hazelnut croissant, pistachio muffin, and the strawberry cacao smoothie with Greek yogurt added. The smoothie was BOMB!!! And the muffin and croissant were pretty good too but not nearly as good as the smoothie imo. Not pictured but my gf also got a traditional Greek yogurt cup that was the best yogurt I’ve ever had in my life. Very thick consistency in the best way possible and topped with honey and cinnamon. That was the actual star of breakfast, which makes sense considering the name of this place lol. Super chill vibe too. Also there is free WiFi and there are board games available for patrons to use. “This place is magical--I've driven by it a number of times and finally stopped in today and was absolutely blown away by how great it is. First, it's WAY bigger on the inside than it appears. The atmosphere is great, everyone working there was very friendly. I didn't realize it was an all-vegan kitchen, but it was all good, everything was incredibly tasty (I had a breakfast burrito, piece of carrot cake, and an iced passion fruit matcha)! “This place is such a an amazing surprise. Outside the street is non descript inside it hustle and bustle. There's music, lots of seating, and a modern vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect as they're not located in a food mecca. However, everything was fantastic! I got some avocado toast and a pistachio latte. I don't even like avocado toast, as it's usually under seasoned but there's was very good. The latte was balanced and flavorful. My 10yo got the passion fruit spritzer. It tasted like real passion fruit not some chemical trying to mimic it. I sat and worked for awhile. Staff was helpful, patient, and friendly. I will definitely return!“

Love the apple tart and citrus tart amongst other things. They have quite a decent amount of gluten free options as well as the best chocolate chip cookie (not gluten free but so delicious). “My daughter and I were staying at the Graduate Hotel in downtown Providence and we were in desperate need of a good place for cappucino and a some food before returning home. Bolt Coffee was a short block walk from the hotel and smack beside the Biltmore Garage where we were parked. It was so cold and windy we were tempted to resort to a drive thru but I'm SO happy that we pushed through and went in. The atmosphere was bright, warm, and welcoming. We ordered an iced caramel cappucino and a hot cappucino, the Breakfast Sandwich and a Ham & Cheese croissant. The wait staff was excellent and the food was so fresh! We decided to stay and eat there and split the sandwiches. They were both delicious! My cappucino was a work of art and made me smile...sometimes it's just those simple touches that make your experience. With the perfectly crispy fries and the mango mania smooth, I was satiated. I really like how the burger had sweet and savory flavors instead of it being just salty the hash brown and runny egg inside made it the ultimate breakfast burger. I also tried the chive on sandwich with sausage and the two eggs inside were nicely scrambled with chives.
