The food is amazing, it tastes like home. The best part is the price, huge portions for a really cheap amount of money. It's a shame that the service is so bad; the servers are nowhere to be found, we were waiting for the check for 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant. Meanwhile, the service were eating and chatting in the kitchen, and the only server that paid attention to us was really mad for some reason, it felt like being yelled by that aunt you hate.
El Paisa is located in Central Falls. There are many Colombian, Mexican, and other latin restaurants in the neighborhood. El Paisa has a few parking spots reserved, but there is street parking available as well. We had to park on the street since all the reserved spots were taken. El Paisa is a fairly large restaurant with plenty of seating. There were a lot of menus, which was a bit confusing, but our orders were placed quickly. Our mango juices came quickly. You can choose milk or water as the base for the juices. There were a few different things we ordered but the only one that really stood out to me were the tacos. Lengua! Mmm...cook and flavor were definitely top notch, especially at $2! The food did take quite some time to come out and there is a surcharge for using a credit/debit card.
