They catered my daughters wedding in June 2022. Everyone raved about the food, the burnt ends were so good the ribs and chicken too.

Went to the new location today which is located on Putnam Pike RTW. 44 in Greenville. Take out only. Everything I ordered was incredible, could rival a Southern bbq joint. Today I ordered the pieces of crispy pork belly bites, bacon on steroids. The bbq sauce is only slightly sweet but then a wonderful spicy tang creeps up. Potato salad not sweet nor overpowered by too much mayo, perfect amount of salt, pepper, diced onions. The bbq pit beans perfectly made, lots of meat flowing throughParking: Very easy to access. Off of a busy road but parking lot does have a traffic light so very easy to exit.

Always amazing food! Though the new location is a bit farther than before, It’s still totally worth it! Great people over there at KelCarQ!

Let me start by saying I am a brisket girl. While it was delicious it was the pulled pork that was the star for me. Tender, moist and flavorful. The house sauce was not necessary but certainly was a tasty bite when added. I also ordered the pit beans and potatoe salad. Beans were tasty. I enjoyed the flavor of the salad but just wished the spuds were cooked a minute or 2 longer. I was sad the chili wasn't available on this rainy day.I will be back for sure. What a great addition to the area. Keep up the great BBQ!

Deplorable attitude on social media. Repeatedly telling people that they will not honor gift certificates when they reopen due to "cash flow issues" until it is resolved. It is against the law for a company to not honor gift certificates that were purchased and are not promo items. When I pointed this out on their Facebook page after they repeatedly mislead people, that I had contacted the AG's office for more guidance, and listed the Attorney General's website for how to file a complaint if the gift certificate was not honored, they chose to block me from their Facebook page.

Had lunch here on a Saturday and we were surprised by how empty it was! The waitress also mentioned that they were understaffed and had many items out of stock. We ordered the loaded fries with pulled pork, half rack of ribs, cornbread, chicken Mac and cheese, and chili. Everything was delicious but came out cold. We didn't mind because it was all so good!

Best ribs! We tried a bunch of different things and everything was great. The ribs are star of the show though. I never went to a BBQ restaurant where the waitress recommended not putting any sauce on the ribs. But she was right...there is no need for sauce. Honesty the best ribs I have had and no sauce necessary. Pulled pork, wings and brisket were all very good too. For sides I highly recommend the beans.Service was also great. Can't wait to go back!

GottaQ is amazing and their food is always delicious! We always go to GottaQ when we want a great meal. When booking the caterer for our wedding, we reached out to see if that would be a possibility. They worked with our venue (jumping through a few of their hoops) and were amazing all around. They have a wide range of affordable options and we were able to customize our entire menu. Our wedding consisted of 150 people and the food was one of the things everyone kept talking about for weeks after the event. It was delicious and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Their communication was great and working with Max, the event coordinator, was a dream. From the beginning when we met for the tasting (and tried a little bit of every delicious thing on their menu) to the team's perfect execution the day of the event, he made everything so easy. He would always respond quickly and work with all the changes and requests. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to cater their event, whether small or large! Thank you again for making our wedding personal and amazing!

Didn’t know what to make for the Pats game so I grabbed some wings, brisket, and chili from here! Everything was awesome! I haven’t had really good brisket since I had it in Texas and let me tell you the brisket here was perfect! Also, I love that I was able to get my wings naked because I don’t like mine super saucy and the smoke on those was mild and the taste was big! Great job Gotta Q! I’ve been meaning to go for over a year now and finally made it and was not disappointed! Thank you.

Adequate bbq. Got the pulled chicken and it was okay, certainly tasted better than it looked. I guess cornbread used to be included now it’s $1 extra \u0026 the size of a Boston Market cornbread but it was very tasty. I love coke slaw but didn’t care for theirs, it was watery \u0026 vinegary and salty. Got the macaroni salad and liked it but nothing notable. Our waitress Brittany was sweet and nice.

Best BBQ I've had in Rhode island or Massachusetts hands down. The ribs fall off the bone, the brisket is so juicy and tender it's unbelievable. The service is fast and friendly, real small town comfy vibes. The hand cut fries are perfect. The serving size is a challenge to finish. Absolutely love this place.

Absolutely the driest pulled pork EVER, and I’ve been to a ton of BBQ joints. Usually smoke houses mix in a little sauce to keep it moist and for flavor. Not here. Most upsetting was pricing. Yes I realize prices are up, but a tiny cup of coleslaw, $6 and the same price and size for mack and cheese. Never again!! Q me once, Shame on You. Q me twice, shame on me!!

I'm throwing two stars at this place because the food was very good. But, I'm still throwing them. I called in an order over the phone to the nice kid that was taking the orders. He was patient and did a good job, I won't blame the debacle on him. The restaurant set him up to fail. The first issue is that they didn't have chicken chili anymore and that was one of the main reasons that I chose GottaQ. Maybe it doesn't sell very welI. Odd, because they have chicken. And chili. I told him I'd pick it up at 1pm and of course it wasn't ready at 1pm, negating the whole "what time do you want it" question (I ordered at about 11:45). When I got there, it turned out that the Coast Guard had just put in a huge order and they needed the wings that I ordered to be redirected to the USS whatever. Um, ok. Happy to help out the boys in...whatever color they wear...but kind of a bad look to take them away from me after I paid for them. I had already tipped on the bill with the wings included. The kid put the money back on my card (I think) and I waited another 10 mins maybe out in the car. Then the kid comes back out and tells me they magically had more wings and that they'd be free. Well, I hope so after that mess. Then as the young lady who was running handed me the order, she told me there was no bbq sauce in there because they ran out. Umm, what? You're a bbq place. And there's a market in the same plaza. How would I know it was store bought? Hoodwink me once, shame on me....you get it. Or tell me before hand and I'll bring my own. I'm not above car sauce, never have been. I laughed so hard at this. The manager could have come out at any time and apologized, offered a gift card, refund, more free food, anything. But alas, it was not meant to be. Bad look. The food was good, I sampled the ribs, brisket, corn bread, beans, etc. I hope they can get their act together. I won't go back, mainly because they already have enough of my money.

This is a good choice for local barbecue. We had the dinner meat trio offering three choices of meat along with two sides. The choices of meat included pulled chicken, pulled pork, and brisket (the ribs were not available this night for dinner).Of the three meats by far the best was the pulled pork. It was very tender and juicy. The next best of the was the pulled chicken. A bit dryer but good. The brisket was on the dry side but it still was good. The barbecue sauce was ok. Not too hot, not too spicy, not too sweet. The choice of sides included Texas caviar and coleslaw. The Texas caviar was very good, with a bit of a "kick" to it. I think the kick is from the jalapeño. There is corn, beans, celery, and onions. The other choice of size was the coleslaw. I found this very good as it was slightly on the sweeter side. For a dollar extra you can get corn bread. Not bad.
