The service is terrible at this location, at least in the afternoons. Several times I have gone in and waited at the counter and been ignored by the cashiers, who are too busy waiting on people in the drive-thru. It's common courtesy at least to say "Hi, I'll be right with you." It's so bad that people will wait at the counter for a few minutes and then walk out in frustration. This is an older yet functional Dunkin's outlet with a large wrap-around drive-thru and parking lot. I stopped by at a relatively quiet afternoon hour and found my order all ready to go, so in this sense everything was dependable enough.
