Literally the worst location in the area. Slow service. Coffees are always dripping on sides, lids not on. If you hate your job that much, just stop working.

We visited the East Greenwich DD about 1 hour ago . We ordered online a sandwich which needed to be heated . The door was locked when we arrived due to staffing . We had to go thru the drive up . Then proceed to tell us their toaster is broken . So my husband said to forget it he wanted his money back on the app . She proceeded to tell us that he would have to process the return himself . No sighs anywhere' that they were all noble to heat our sandwich up . As we drove by the drive up window . A Afro American women gave my husband the finger . We were appalled by this behavior. I intend to report this to Corporate. You need to educate your workers on proper treatment of their customers. We are dismayed!

Thus dunkin seems to be more expensive than most. Also seems slower, or at least the drive up is. With dunkins everywhere in the state, this is one to avoid.

This is an older yet functional Dunkin's outlet with a large wrap-around drive-thru and parking lot. I stopped by at a relatively quiet afternoon hour and found my order all ready to go, so in this sense everything was dependable enough. I love to scoff at Dunkin's, but deals and bonus point offers on their addictive app keep me coming back, despite their bland coffee, sugary drinks, empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

The service is terrible at this location, at least in the afternoons. Several times I have gone in and waited at the counter and been ignored by the cashiers, who are too busy waiting on people in the drive-thru. It's common courtesy at least to say "Hi, I'll be right with you." It's so bad that people will wait at the counter for a few minutes and then walk out in frustration. Today, it took about 5 minutes, after I ordered, for me to get my iced coffee. Maybe they had to brew some more coffee but if that was the case, they should have told me. I understand that they were busy, but to add insult to injury, the guy who took my order tried to give me someone else's hash browns, rather than giving me my own iced coffee. Next time I'll go to the Starbucks across the street. Or if I have more time I'll go to Cumberland Farms down the road.

For the last three visits my egg was burned. I went to the counter to get credit on yesterday order. I was met with contempt and. mockery by two. woman. The manager came to the window I told her what happened I won't ever go their again horrible people!!

Worst place now to get coffee in East Greenwich. I know they are understaffed but it's outrageous that I have to wait 30 mins to order and get a coffee at the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. EVERY DAY. You would think people might move a little faster. Sick of it and done with that place
They do not adhere to their closing hours of operation. Many times i have ordered off the mobile app only to find out they have closed and I'm out my money.
