I don’t want to sound pretentious, but people don’t stop at Dunkin’ in the morning on their way to work to eat a delicacy for breakfast; we do it for convenience. That said, it would be nice to order a bagel with butter or cream cheese already spread on it. Nobody wants, nor should they have to spread cream cheese while cruising in traffic during peak hours. Dunkin is a tradition during the holidays in our family as we always order hot chocolate before diving around the state to find the best Christmas light displays. I had to give a 3 star rating this time because my daughter's frozen hot chocolate tasted like coffee. She could not drink most of it.

Always wonderful customer service and gets the drinks perfect. I stopped in for a chai latte today and was surprised the drink was half foam. No biggie. It happens.
