Coffee always taste burnt and customer service is horrible ?

Always wonderful customer service and gets the drinks perfect. I stopped in for a chai latte today and was surprised the drink was half foam. No biggie. It happens. I show the drink to a man behind the counter and explain the problem and I would just like it remade. I smiled, was polite and made sure to tip and thank him for a well made drink afterwards. Although, the whole time I was standing there waiting on my drink, a female employee was very loudly complaining how she hates making lattes. That the drinks foam up and make the customers angry. (It went on) I have always really liked this location and she was making me feel like an awful, horrid person for even coming in. I love my Dunkin and this was, saddening. The man who made my drink was polite and had no problem with my request. The woman though, made me feel like I'm one of those annoying customers that gets spit in her drink just for walking through the door. Not angry. Honestly, hurt feelings. Didn't get her name; just long, dark brown hair since I couldn't see over the counter. Seriously, she was very uncool and should be let go. The remaining 3 stars are for their usual awesomeness though.

I don’t want to sound pretentious, but people don’t stop at Dunkin’ in the morning on their way to work to eat a delicacy for breakfast; we do it for convenience. That said, it would be nice to order a bagel with butter or cream cheese already spread on it. Nobody wants, nor should they have to spread cream cheese while cruising in traffic during peak hours. Dunkin’, if you don’t care, at least PLEASE include a knife so I can do it myself. Last time I ordered, they didn’t even include a knife, and I realized after I left the drive-through.

Dunkin is a tradition during the holidays in our family as we always order hot chocolate before diving around the state to find the best Christmas light displays. I had to give a 3 star rating this time because my daughter's frozen hot chocolate tasted like coffee. She could not drink most of it.

I have read some of the reviews and makes me wonder why I am writing one since nothing gets done to fix the problem. But I came to the drive tru around 9:45am and My wife loves her bagels burnt. I come to this one because it is up the road from me. And every time she gets a bagel burnt it looks like it went thru on high speed and not cooked. We have asked them many times to burn it black and they don't even know what color black is because it always comes out light tan. This morning same old thing. I said "Everything bagel BURNT" I get home to give it to my wife and it looked like they just put it in the bag. You need to find a manger who knows how to mange a place. Worst Dunkin's I have ever gone to. Looks nice on the outside but the workers don't know how to read order slips.

Horrible place. The young girl with blonde hair and glass along with another young girl with brown hair were rude. I came in at 7pm on 10/3/2023 which is today to use the bathroom and the blonde girl with glasses said the womens bathroom is “out of order” but yet she used the bathroom and flushed it. And then she said “use the mens bathroom”. Why? Why should I if the womens bathroom works? And they both started laughing. Until I talk with the manager, I will continue calling this Dunkin. Very unprofessional.

Very poor service. Waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot after they said they will bring my order. Cars behind me honking. The cashier was Ace, blue hair came out and gave me attitude when I joking asked her if “they had to run to store to buy the eggs”. She said “there are cars waiting and I can take my sandwich now. I told you to wait at stop sign.” For one she stated “pull forward and we will bring you the sandwich.” She did not need to be mean, especially when during the entire time I was waiting - not one car went through…. She then just walked away and slammed the front door behind. I can only imagine how Ace would act when it’s busy.
