From the atmosphere, the drink selection, the food, the staff, etc.I send all of my clients, family, and friends to High Hope Tavern.I love the lighting the most. My favorite seat is to sit near the cozy fireplace or we love sitting at the bar. The bartenders are all amazing and friendly.I highly recommend the Roasted Oysters, Devils on Horseback, and the Raw Oysters.. you can never go wrong with their Risotto that they change often or the Tavern Burgers. Their fries are also amazing with the garlic aioli.The live music on Thursdays is always a treat. Shane is very talented.Christine is the sweetest hostess who greets everyone as if they are family.”

“We visit Westerly from the West Coast every few months and always pop into Stick + Fin. The coffee is great, if you get a latte it isn't too milky like it is at a lot of other places, americanos are on point. The staff is super friendly. Also the toasts are yum. And usually there is some reggae blasting. Also, we are vegan and it is nice to have a place in Westerly with options. “As always, we love our experience at Ella's, We are never disappointed. My husband had the halibut which was a special and he is still talking about it. In his words "every time we go to Ella's, we are treated to a delicious meal. It is always so creative and innovative". I had the salmon and forbidden rice which I love. One in our party had a new menu item which was made with pork belly. Definitely, next on our agenda. It looked so tempting. Thanks, Jeanie and James.”

“The tuna salad grinder really did it for me. For 6.50, it was a fat sandwich and just the perfect amount of salt and pepper for a really good lunch. I had never had a Bismarck before and the cream and jelly spread on the insides was a genius combination in a pillowy donut stick. The grinder came with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. A perfect and generous portion. They accept both cash and card.”

“I’m gluten free and also sugar free. This is the only place in southern Rhode Island that I go to for lunch for outstanding food and flavor. Everything is amazing and you can tell the chef really puts love into his cooking!Also, I love how the sandwiches mostly aren’t made with deli meat. Everything is fresh and thick cut. It’s amazing.”

“Take it from a 6’1” 320lb redneck, this is the best it gets. I became an addict with the BBQ which was incredible, they have stepped up the game with the “Italian Stallion”. I drove 800 miles from Bristol TN just to get one and visit my good friends. I assure you they are culinary geniuses! “I have been dining at Wood River Golf for over 10 years maybe even closer to 20 they have had their ups and downs especially during "C". Dinner this past Saturday night was fabulous. Their chicken parmesan is still the best around. I can say with confidence I have never had a bad meal there. Prime rib Saturday was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend! I know everyone has been struggling to find good help but thank the Lord they have a strong family support system and a wonderful bartender who has always been loyal.”

“We were on our way to a cheer competition at the providence career and technical academy and pulled off a random exit to grab some food. We saw options like McDonalds and Starbucks. We decided to try the local pizza shop! While Town Pizza looked like every other pizza shop, the difference was noticeable right from the beginning. As we entered we were greeted by Tori. She was welcoming and loved our daughter’s cheer outfit. She seemed genuine in her interest in what we were doing. She got us seated and was just overall pleasant. Once we were seated, Arianna took over and was our waitress. The same genuine attitude was present throughout our meal. She was very attentive, and personably. The Food…. Classic meals available, and done very well. Nothing fancy, just a quality meal. The portions were perfectly sized. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere!”
