Food is definitely worth the hype. Amazing chicken tenders. Addictive!! Very simple menu actually is what you want at a fast food restaurant. Servers, while friendly when you walk in, are not trained beyond the signature Hello, Welcome tagnline. Poor eye contact and when you ask for a correction make you feel like you caused the problem. No sorry, no problem, nothing. Just frowms and make the issue right. With some customer service training and how to act around people in person they will be great

(Excuse the spelling but) my boyfriend and I had an exceptional experience at Raising Cane's thanks to Melani and Amanda. Despite it being late at night, they greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and warmth as we placed our orders. Their pleasant demeanor made our visit enjoyable, and their professionalism shone through. Kudos to Melani and Amanda for their outstanding customer service!

Month ago we were at Aldi, Couldnt get near Canes. Line to the door, 25 cars waiting. We both got Caniac cards because the promo is free box meal. Sure. Why not? On a trip through Johnston today, decided to redeem them. Line wasnt bad at the drive-thru. Employee through the speaker, she seemed like she didnt get we both had cards, so ordered the 2 box meals with unsweetened tea. She said our order is $28 bucks plus. Pulled up to the first window with both Caniac cards. EXTREMELY RUDE. "What the name on your order?" NEVER ASKED US FOR ONE. She said the order came to $14+. Asked how since I just handed her 2 Caniac cards both with a 4 piece box meal FREE loaded onto each. "Yo just trying to tell you its $14." Looked at us like we were stupid. Asked for manager. Frustrated window slam with rain hitting my shoulder. Sat there and watched the next window guy holding our bag like we had to hurry up and get it. Seemed like 5 minutes passed while the line was piling up. Heard a yell from the window, "I DONT KNOW!!" Rain soaking my shoulder. Manager who finally came to the window was gracious. She rung the orders separately for 2 different customers in one car like you would think the cashier would been trained to understand and process rather than being childish and treating us like we were stupid. So the manager upcharges us 25 cents each for lemonades we never ordered. Im fishing for change thinking why wouldnt a manager just say we were all set. Ballbustage, So I said "Can we get a fresh order now? Its been like 10 minutes food is probably cold." I was wrong. The coleslaw was warm, the fries a soggy mess. Rubbery Texas toast. Sauce tastes like something you could make better at home. Good lemonade though. Chopped ice. Chicken tenders were yes all breast meat, but if this joint is charging $14 for this meal what a joke. 2 stars only because the meal was free, hopefully they will actually train cashiers on basic cognitive thinking. Otherwise rip off. Sorry. Caniac cards to the trash barrel. Thanks.

Waited for the hype to die down before I tried this place. Noon on Thursday, no wait in the drive thru, ordered the 3 finger meal which was 3 pieces of chicken, fries, Texas toast, dipping sauce and a beverage. Bill was just over $10 Chicken was tender and crunchy, but no flavor--coating was similar to salt free Ritz crackers. I think this would be great for children. Crinkle fries were ok - inconsistent crunchy/ soggy but had salt. Texas toast was basically a New England hot dog roll grilled with butter and garlic salt. The dipping sauce appeared to be watered down ranch dressing mixed with paprika. Leaving the parking lot was a little odd. There are arrows pointing you in a direction--but it leads you to a Do Not Enter. I didn't hate it, but I also wasn't impressed. I might stop there sometime if there's nothing around for lunch, but I definitely won't go out of my way

I don't get the hype. It's basic chicken tenders. Slaw was decent. Lemonade was garbage. Portions are ridiculously small for the price. Can't believe people camped out for this. Only get 3 stars because the service was good.

These people should be ashamed of themselves... all this hype and the lemonade taste like kool aid (price rite brand ) , the chicken not seasoned and when you bite into it it taste like dirty water , fries PRICERITE FRIES FROM THE BAG , sauce ... had no sauce ... taste like culo .... I can't BELIEVE people camped out and I couldn't get home from work one day to eat this crap I'm gonna make more complaints to the company share this on all my social media. This is horrible. I'm so upset 1299 for some bullshit. God bless the hands that made it though .

I had never been to a Raising Cane's, so I had to try because of the hype. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded during the prime lunch hour. Quick order process. The food was fine, but I was expecting a chick fil a experience and it didn't live up to that level. Still, I will go back again. Would give a 3.5 if half points were allowed.

The chicken is good quality and cooked properly but the batter is tasteless…The Texas style toast is nothing to brag about and the cole slaw is just ok…(I’ve had better)The fries are nothing to brag about…nothing special about them…I don’t understand the hype…I tried it and will not go again..

Not worth the hype. Waited 20 minutes for 3 small chicken tenders with a small French fry and a hotdog bun/ Texas toast... Which coast $11 + tax.. I was still hungry after . Menu has 5 options, which all only have, tenders, fries, and buttered bread.. No dessert options... very

The place is beautiful inside. The service was excellent. The food was fresh fresh. But , it literally had no flavor. The fries were the best part of the entire meal. The sauce adds flavor but not enough. A little fyi.. It also tasted and smelled like peanuts. I’m assuming it’s the oil.
