Food is definitely worth the hype. Amazing chicken tenders. Addictive!! Very simple menu actually is what you want at a fast food restaurant. Servers, while friendly when you walk in, are not trained beyond the signature Hello, Welcome tagnline. Poor eye contact and when you ask for a correction make you feel like you caused the problem. (Excuse the spelling but) my boyfriend and I had an exceptional experience at Raising Cane's thanks to Melani and Amanda. Despite it being late at night, they greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and warmth as we placed our orders. Their pleasant demeanor made our visit enjoyable, and their professionalism shone through. Kudos to Melani and Amanda for their outstanding customer service!

Month ago we were at Aldi, Couldnt get near Canes. Line to the door, 25 cars waiting. We both got Caniac cards because the promo is free box meal. Sure. Why not? On a trip through Johnston today, decided to redeem them. Line wasnt bad at the drive-thru. Employee through the speaker, she seemed like she didnt get we both had cards, so ordered the 2 box meals with unsweetened tea. She said our order is $28 bucks plus.
