It’s been a long time since I was able to return since they moved from their old location. The staff was extremely friendly and service was fast. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

“This has been my husband and I’s go to place for the last few years. Over the last couple of months we have noticed a decline in portions. While we understand that prices are higher for food, you really shouldn’t bump down in quality, just raise the price if you need to. People may not noice a slight uptick in price but definitely notice the portion size. My husband always favors a whole belly clam and scallops plate and last night he was served that combo with only two whole bellies, the rest were just batter pieces and four scallops that were overcooked , it was so disappointing. My surf and turf was downsized from three baked stuffed shrimp down to two and the prime rib was much smaller. While we could have said something, it should have been noticed before it left the kitchen! We are not people to complain and the staff is always great but I guess my point is, we noticed and may think twice before returning and that saddens us.”

“We were in town from SC staying at the casino and stopped in to eat breakfast and it was so amazing we came back the next day. Some of the best muffins, hash, eggs Benedict, potatoes, and Western omelet sandwich that I have ever had. Courtney was our waitress and I let her choose my meals and they did not disappoint! She also remembered our orders and was so polite. I would fly back up there just to eat at Shanna's again!”

“I'm not a pizza expert but I drive across the country for my company always a new city a new hotel , I'm in Lincoln ,RI from Houston ,Texas for work and I just wanted something easy I got the hot honey pepperoni pizza with banana peppers and honestly it was amazing exactly how I always imagine a pizza to be and then get let down ,but this one was perfect , you guys need a location in Texas ! Hell I'll help set it up!!”

“Don't ever order a sweet and sour chicken combination plate because you have to pay for the boneless chicken, fried rice, and egg roll and then you have to pay $2.50 extra for the sweet and sour sauce to go with it! Are You Serious??!! Then you order something to go and they charge you for the fuc*ing container!!! NEVER AGAIN! They got elementary school aged children seating patrons... Isnt there a Child Labor Law??? No wonder why theres never anyone in there anymore..... Back To Mon Kou for us!!!”

“If you're wondering, like I was, if this location really exists in the belly of a casino, I can tell you that as of May 2025 it really does and it's just as amazing as I always remembered. It's the only one this far north in New England. If the owner or corporate hq dudes at Nathan's are reading this - please get a location or two somewhere around Boston. When the one in Quincy closed I was heartbroken. I took a subway, commuter rail and a bus to get here and back but was worth the 6 hour trip. Kinda odd that it's in a casino. The fries are the best and the little corndogs were cooked perfectly. The lemonade is legit too. Now I'm going to go take a nap when I get home.”

“Absolutely Fresh Tasting Frozen yogurt flavors , nice and cold. Very happy with toppings and Whipped Cream (remebervto ask before paing) is real. Personnel at pegister (was he the owner?) Had a good sense of humor.”

“To be honest, I was having a pretty bad day. Spent the day running errands and driving my son to appointments while recovering from a weekend flu. I was exhausted and miserable. Since contractors were rebuilding my kitchen (another story), my wife thought it might be nice to go to dinner. Sure, why not?

We chose Chili's. My wife and son loved their meals. I had an unfortunate occurrence - my food wasn't prepared properly, and I was put off my appetite. Honestly, I know things happen, but I had seen this particular error only in 1940s Looney Tunes cartoons.

When I pointed it out, my server was very apologetic and swept the offending dish away. In about 30 seconds the manager on duty came over to apologize. He took ownership of the situation and offered to personally cook me a new meal as he previously worked as a cook. I thanked him but assured him it was OK.

I know that what I described is SOP for any eatery, but after the day I had, I really appreciated the gesture. He was sincere. That saved the dining experience. My only regret is I didn't ask his name, so I could properly praise him in this post.
