“Came here for a quick Sunday morning stop while on vacation. There is a small parking lot in the back with a few spaces out front. Very intimate atmosphere, feels like going to a family member's house with the overall homely vibe. The employees were very nice and helpful. It was also good to see them interacting with other customers in a way you can tell they had longstanding relationships with them. I try to support small businesses and was pretty happy with the service.We ordered the eclairs and some macarons. The macarons particularly were tasty (earl grey and pistachio) although they seemed a bit overbaked; they tasted perfect. So moist inside. Unfortunately we did not like the iced coffee. It tasted very inoffensive and like generic store coffee, although it wasn't expensive.I did notice lots of signs inside promoting French culture and community, which was good. I would come here again for the baked goods alone - would like to try more macarons!“

“My husband and I had a delightful time and a delicious dinner. We both have issues on what we can eat and drink and our server was patient and accommodating. The spring menu had just gone into effect and it was hard to make a decision but I was more than happy with my choices. The salad with shaved beet, pear goat cheese was light and delicious the beef tenderloin perfectly cooked and oh so tender. For dessert,the semi freddo, one of the best desserts I've ever had.“

“The restaurant was excellent. The staff was welcoming, service was prompt and the food was delicious. The restaurant offers a nostalgic charm, the kind of place for special occasions that you went to as a child. But the menu was extensive and offered selections that were varied, perfectly prepared and charmingly plated including seafood, beef, chicken etc. I went with a few friends and each of us was thrilled.The restaurant is that kind of place that insulates you from the pace of the outside world and makes your night out special. Highly recommend.“

“Food was amazing, service was excellent, atmosphere was adorable... so why 4 stars? After such a nice experience, having to figure out the bill for 6 individual diners really detracted from the experience. We passed the slip around, scribbled notes on scrap paper collected cards and cash and then the server was unable to figure it out. Our bill was over $300. Why, in this day and age, is this establishment unable to figure out how to give us separate checks is beyond me. We are a group of 10 ladies who formed 1 year ago and this is the first time we were told we could not get separate checks. It took 45 min for the manager to figure out our bill so we could pay. Clarke's Cooke House, you need to do better for your diners.Vegetarian options: The 2 vegetarian dishes were ordered were superb!“
