Online hours say drive through is open until midnight. Drove there tonight. Got in the drive thru at 11:30. All your employees, except for one, were in the parking lot smoking. Nobody answered the drive thru. Guy inside was dumping food into the trash. This is the third time in two months this location isn't open when they say they are.

Of all the McDonalds I have ever been to, this one on East Main Rd (in the Job Lot/Marshall's plaza) is by far the cleanest. Those Spanish people are very clean and they practice excellent safe food handling. I saw one man in the back take off his gloves before handling a smartphone. I don't mind that they may not speak very good English. Cleanliness around food means more when I eat out !

Stood by the register for about 10 minutes to try and order, employees looked at me, walked past would look and not say a word. Finally after getting my meal ( about 20 min later) it was wrong! Honestly you can't make this up. The remake my rather simple order and it was wrong again!!! ? In all, I was waiting over 35 min. Parking is awful as well. ??? Place was awful.

I've always had pretty good experiences with this Mcdonalds. I typically order from the drive-thru, which has multiple lines and moves quickly. There is also large menu displays that make choosing a food selection much easier. Staff are typically efficient and friendly or neutral. Interior is a pretty typical McDonald's and is clean and organized. Not too bad for fast food.Parking: Lots in the immediate area and plenty more in the plazaKid-friendliness: Crayons and placemats. I don't know how many times I've had to repeat myself 5+ times when I get to the pickup window because the person working it doesn't speak English. I repeated my order multiple times while multiple other staff members were just standing around watching and the employee still proceeded to try and give me things I didn't order. If they can't understand and interact with the customers why the hell is that the position they are given
