I ordered a fried chicken sandwich off their food truck. I saw one come out before mine, and it looked pretty good, nice and crispy. But then I saw them putting the chicken on the grill... I'm not sure if their fryer broke, and no explanation was given, but the chicken that came on my sandwich was VERY soggy and some of the fat hadn't rendered which made it very chewy.I gave 2 starts instead of 1 because the fries were pretty good and the bun and fixings for the chicken had the makings of being an excellent sandwich.

My husband had the smoked turkey sandwich and said it was good. The hot pastrami was thick cut and very hard to chew. It was also extremely peppery. Overall the food was just okay.

We put in an online order in their system. Received a text confirmation it went through. Their website said they would be open for several more hours. Showed up to find them closed. Said they didn't get the order. Even so, they are responsible for the content of their website and the order system taking the order. COVID is no excuse at this point. Highly disappointed.
When I eat out I usually hardly finish all my food but this place was soooo good I finished my meal completely! So delicious, best place in Newport!!! Beef brisket sandwich was the best!!!!

Excellent barbecue! I had the pork ribs, bbq baked beans, and brisket mac & cheese croquettes—all very, very good. Great cornbread, as well. High quality meat for a completely reasonable price. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. A++
