I have been eating at Jacky’s for years. I hosted my wedding reception at Jacky’s at the Waterplace, when I got married during the pandemic. I celebrated two of my birthdays there. The last time I was at Jacky’s, I witnessed the staff being racist towards a Black DoorDash driver. They acted like he was there to steal the order. I was shocked by this behavior. I will never patronize any of their chains again.

Coconut shrimp is out of this world! The spicy Tina on the one roll was too spicy for me, but the tempura crab part of the roll was excellent as was the tricolor roll. ???
Pu-pu items ALL HEAVY DEEP FRIED. No taste. No tub with fire to reheat items. Waitress keptRushing us. I was celebrating my adult daughters Birthday. I will never go there or refer anyone to go there. Worst Pu-Pu I had. I took 3/4 of the meal home and threw it in the trash.
