The pasta I had wasn’t bad, but not the best I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was too Al dente for my personal taste. The waitress we had seemed friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. The parking lot is pretty tight, but we only had to wait about five minutes for a table for it being 7 at night. I would probably like to try something else from the menu next time! This is a restaurant I would probably try again, but not often.
A group of friends for more than 60 years came to The Social on Friday night. It was a night of special love for all of us.We started with apps…. Calamari with Balsamic Glaze and Calamari with Sweet Asian Chili along with some Eggplant Rollatini. Delish!! We had some nice glasses of wine and som beers all at a reasonable price. The Social on Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence is a great place to go and get some really good food and watch a game. We ordered wings, and a few pizzas that night. The Margherita pizza with pepperoni was absolutely fantastic. Crispy, thin and delicious. The wings were very good too. There are ample seats at the bar and more than enough booths and high tops to accommodate any size group. Jamie has done a great a job at The Social!
