They can’t get an order right. Doesn’t matter if you pick it up or have it delivered something is always missing or wrong. When you try and call they always tell you that the manager is busy and they’ll have him call you back which they never do. Completely check your order. They used to be great and over the last two months they have gone way down hill.

I ordered beef and broccoli and shrimp fried rice the flavor was very good but the rice taste like old grease, hardly any sauce in the beef and broccoli, I believe if the chef payed more attention the food would and can be perfect.

10/10 every single time! I had to move to Cranston for a few months and had other Chinese restaurants but nothing compares to Jade house..hands down the best!!! I’m back home in north providence and ordered Jade house the first night back ..so good!!

This was my go to Chinese restaurant for years, but the food has recently changed. Not sure if there is a new Chef there, but the past three times I've ordered, the food has been extremely dried out and not flavorful at all. The beef teriyaki was like dried out shoe leather and even had an off taste. The first time we noticed that we didn't finish it, we actually threw it away thinking it was bad. The second time we got it, it was the exact same way! Was never like this. The chicken wings were so overcooked they were also dried out, and so was the rice. The first time we noticed it we figured it was just an off day. The second time we were like "oh what's going on". Last night was definitely the last time we ordered because it was exactly the same way.

I don't know what happened to this place. I used to order my food from here all the time. The past two deliveries have been awful. This time I didn't even get what I ordered. The crab Rangoon were so hard I couldn't even eat them. The chicken wings had almost no meat to them. The pu pu platter was completely wrong. I called to let the manager know and there was no offer of crediting me or sending out a new order. Definitely will not order again from them.
I ordered online and added a note for being outside waiting and that I am handicapped so I asked to have it brought to car... They didn't read the note, I called after the time it said it would be ready and they could not confirm order -- even with the order number, and when I asked if it could be brought to my car (outside) was told Mgr would call me back... Girl came out and asked if I was waiting for an order... Then brought it out... Cold and mushy spring rolls, MILDLY warm wings, dumplings and boneless ribs... NO Rice (as ordered in menu system)Not the same anymore. Not worth the trip to pay for cold food that they can't bother giving you what you ordered...

So I went there tonight to grab food with my husband and the sushi was great. However I was pretty disgusted when my boba tea was literally hot...not warm, hot and all my boba was melted into a clump. When I brought up the issue I was told that's just the way it is, no attempt to fix it or give me my money back bc I didn't want my iced drink so hot it that dunkin would have to put a warning on it. Like dude if I just spent almost $50 I expect my bubble tea not to be molten lava.Parking: The parking lot is a mess to get in and out of

This is the 3rd time that my was disappointing first my sushi was put in with my hot food. Second the food was over cooked and again cold food is was put with wrm and 3rd my order was missing items and they wanted me to pick it up or give me a credit meaning I would have no dinner they finally delivered it after I said that I will not order from them again. At this point I will go else were and I agree you do the same!
